Welcom to ColdArrayDB!

ColdArrayDB is a database that contains global expression profiles of Arabidopsis and tomato genes in response to cold. In addition to the expression profiles from microarray experiments, ColdArrayDB contains Arabidopsis gene annotations from TAIR, promoter annotations with all known plant cis-elements from several databases (Transfac, PlantCare, AtProbe,Place and Agris), and information about some known transcription factors that bind to the known cis-elements. Currently researchers can search for expression profiles, cis-element information using a few input parameters, and download microarray experiment chip data.
